There are three types of users who ship with the Canada Post. Consumer clients, business clients and corporate clients. Each set of users has their own dashboard, tailored features and restrictions. The current designs have been outdated, the corporate dashboard being from 1998 and the other two having the latest update in 2016. The three experiences are costing maintenance dollars for a similar experience. How might we combine three similar but unique shipping experiences into one dashboard, provide the correct features for each user while creating a unified shipping experience that is also cost effective to maintain.
