This project involved taking a white label application from the company Bluink , who Canada Post has partnered with to role out this application. The original experience was designed to be an in app feature as part of the standard Canada Post app. What was soon realized was that the Identity+ feature would slow down the entire Canada Post app and therefore an alternative was proposed as a stand alone app experience and Canada Post's first expansion into an app ecosystem.
Coordinating design work with a Canada post product team as well as the Bluink product team. Adapt and create the identification application for Canada Post.
92% onboarding success rate
Internal metrics suggest that users signing up and setting up passports and identification had a 92% success rate. Users found their way through the onboarding and successfully created their account while also scanning their Identification.
